Refund Policy

1. ₹5 Verification Refund (AP TET Courses)

• For new users, we collect ₹5 via PhonePe / Google Pay / or any UPI apponly for verification purposes.
• This ₹5 will be refunded back on the same day to the same payment method used.
• After successful verification, users receive 1-day full access to all premium TET course content, including mock tests, previous papers, and topic-wise practice questions.

2. Subscription Plans (AP TET Courses Only)

For New Users:

• After the 1-day free trial, the selected plan amount will be auto-deducted via UPI AutoPay (PhonePe / Google Pay).
• AP TET Paper–1 (SGT): ₹199 / 3 months
• AP TET Paper–2 (All Subjects): ₹299 / 3 months
• These plans include unlimited premium access to all TET-based mock tests, previous papers, and practice content for the chosen duration.

For Existing Users (joined before 18/09/2025):

Existing users will continue under their previous subscription pricing via UPI AutoPay, with uninterrupted access until cancelled.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel anytime directly from the UPI app used for subscription (PhonePe / Google Pay / Paytm, etc.) before the next billing date.
• Once cancelled, no further deductions will occur.
• Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds on Subscription

• As immediate full access is provided upon activation, subscription fees (₹199 / ₹299 for 3 months) are non-refundable once deducted.
• Users are advised to utilize the 1-day free trial before their paid plan begins.

5. Failed Transactions

• If a payment is deducted but the subscription is not activated, users can contact our support team.
• Refunds for such failed transactions will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

6. Trial Usage Disclaimer

• The ₹5 verification refund is a one-time benefit per user.
• Multiple trial attempts using the same UPI ID, mobile number, or devicemay be restricted to prevent misuse.

7. Auto-Debit Consent

• By completing the ₹5 verification process, users authorize UPI AutoPayfor their chosen TET subscription plan.
• The subscription will continue automatically until cancelled by the user through their UPI app.

8. Static One-Time Payment Plans (AP DSC Courses)

• For AP DSC Courses (SGT, School Assistant, PET) purchased directly through our website, app, or customer support team, plan validity and access are based on the specific one-time payment plan chosen.
• Since full access is granted instantly upon activation, refunds are not applicable for one-time DSC course payments.
